2011 has been the most incredible year! Major milestones happened this year including making the decision to face my fears and follow one of my passions by taking the leap that could possibly end in failure, actually making my career transition & developing an exciting new bike touring business full-time, learning how to do stuff I never imagined myself doing decently, but as a business owner I get to do it all, realizing that all offers to help aren't necessarily offers that are beneficial for the success of my business or that should be accepted; adjusting to a lifestyle transition by learning to live on less (really almost nothing), recognizing when I need to ask for help & then asking(I'm still working on this one) for help, learning to enjoy cooking(this was a shocker to me!), no commuting for work(yes!) & getting around by bike, basically going from the rat race to the slow roll; turning 40 on my birthday and waking up in a Caribbean paradise to a life that I enjoyed, a life filled with love, laughter, family & friends, a life that has been good to me; enjoying loves & likes, friends & associates, appreciating all of the support that you've shown me through my transition this year.
I have enjoyed each & everyone of you. My heart was especially warmed when I was finally able to reconnect & make amends with a dear, old friend this year. I know that some of you are for a lifetime, while others were for a season. Even if our season was just through 2011, please know that for 2012 I wish each & everyone of you all the best that God has to give to you.
This year was incredible, but I am convinced that it has nothing on what 2012 has in store. I'm so excited & ready for my new amazing year & I hope yours is far more than anything you could ever imagine!
I wish you a healthy, prosperous, joy-filled New Year!
Enjoy the journey!
